Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (Paid Ads: Meta, Google & Email)

Position Overview



We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with a strong background in running and managing high-budget paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in paid campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker and analytical problem-solver who can maximize ROI and scale campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Design and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and email platforms.

Allocate and manage large advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business goals.

Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and ad copy/creative direction.

Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels.

Implement advanced tactics like retargeting, lookalike audiences, and smart bidding.

Use Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and campaign dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics.

Recommend actionable insights for scaling campaigns.

Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).

Manage automation, personalization, and lead-nurturing workflows.

Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and improve deliverability.

Work with design/content teams for high-performing creatives and landing pages.

Partner with sales/product teams to align campaigns with organizational goals.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience managing and optimizing large paid media budgets.

Proven success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaign platforms.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex campaign data.

Experience with advanced bidding strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization.

Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and email automation tools.

Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
