Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic
Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist
with a strong track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth--specifically within the
Business Setup and Corporate Services
sector. Based onsite in
Kochi
, this role demands a proactive individual who combines digital marketing expertise with business development acumen to attract and convert leads for UAE/GCC company formation, PRO services, and related offerings.
You will play a pivotal role not only in driving qualified traffic but also in
developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals
in coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
targeted digital marketing campaigns
to generate high-quality leads for Business Setup, PRO Services, and Corporate Advisory.
Identify and develop
new business opportunities
through inbound/outbound digital strategies and marketing funnels.
Manage performance-based campaigns across
Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms
to maximize reach and conversions.
Monitor and optimize
PPC and SEO strategies
to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
Collaborate with the
sales and operations teams
to ensure smooth lead nurturing, client onboarding, and conversion tracking.
Leverage CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, automate follow-ups, and analyze customer behavior.
Craft compelling content and messaging for landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives tailored to entrepreneurs, startups, and investors in the GCC.
Conduct
competitive and market analysis
to enhance campaign targeting and support expansion into new markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign ROI, and actual sales closures.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years
of experience in digital marketing with a focus on
business setup, consulting, or B2B services
.
Proven background in
business development, lead generation, and client acquisition
.
In-depth knowledge of
UAE/GCC company formation processes
, market dynamics, and target audience behavior.
Hands-on expertise in
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation
platforms.
Proficiency in using
CRM systems
(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and performance analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to
translate data into actionable insights
.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in
English
--both written and verbal.
Arabic proficiency
is an added advantage.
