Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
Proposals & Packaging:
Design and present customized digital marketing service packages and pricing proposals to prospective clients.
Pipeline Management:
Build referral and networking pipelines, consistently exceeding targets through self-driven, autonomous execution.
Growth Strategy:
Develop digital growth strategies and drive revenue expansion by managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
Data Collection:
Oversee the collection and analysis of online data to generate high-quality leads and inform marketing decisions.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Ad Management:
End-to-end management of
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads Manager
accounts to maximize ROI.
Campaign Execution:
Execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement (contributing to ~20% engagement growth).
Market Research:
Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify new opportunities for product promotion.
Tools & Tech:
Utilize various digital marketing tools and software to optimize campaign performance and automate workflows.
Leadership & Training
Team Development:
Train and mentor
unskilled and semi-skilled employees
, providing them with the necessary skills to succeed in sales and digital marketing support roles.
Productivity:
Boost team productivity (target: 15% increase) through structured training and cross-functional collaboration.
Strategy:

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in Sales and Business Development within the digital marketing industry.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in
Meta Ads Manager
(Facebook/Instagram) and
Google Ads Manager
is mandatory.
Tools:
Hands-on experience with various digital marketing software (e.g., Analytics, CRM tools, SEO tools, Data Scraping/Collection tools).
Skills:
Strong capability in drafting business proposals and structuring marketing packages.
Leadership:
Demonstrated experience in training and upskilling staff with varying levels of experience.
