Role Overview

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

who understands the

Calicut market deeply

and can

take full ownership of our operations in the region

. This is a leadership role that combines business development with operational management, ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional ready to drive growth in a key location.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

SpiderWorks' Calicut operations

independently Identify and pursue business opportunities in the local market Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships Develop and execute growth strategies for the Kochi / Calicut region Conduct market and competitor research to guide decision-making Represent SpiderWorks in local industry events and business forums Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Track and report on business performance and regional KPIs
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

5 years of experience

in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services

Strong understanding of the Kochi/ Calicut market

and local business ecosystem Proven leadership experience in managing regional operations or teams Excellent communication, negotiation and client engagement skills Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience with CRM tools and business reporting is an advantage
