About the Role
Callisto IT Solutions is looking for a
result-driven and target-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive
to accelerate admissions and sales for our training programs (Data Science, Software Testing, Full Stack Python Development, Paid Internships) and expand our client base for software development and web solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine
marketing expertise with strong business development skills
to generate consistent revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a performance-based career path.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Training Sales
Generate leads and drive admissions for Data Science, Software Testing, Full Stack Python, and Paid Internship programs.
Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, connect, and convert clients for software development, website development, and digital solutions.
Build and nurture long-term business relationships.
Digital Marketing Execution
Run targeted campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract students and clients.
Collaborate with management on marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Revenue Growth & Performance
Achieve a minimum monthly business target of
?1,20,000/-
.
Drive growth through a mix of
admissions + client projects
.
Recruitment Goal
To bring on board a
driven and ambitious executive
who can independently handle
digital marketing + sales + client acquisition
.
The goal is to ensure
consistent revenue generation
through admissions and IT project sales, with
monthly targets achieved
.
This role directly contributes to the growth of
Callisto IT Solutions
.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Business Development, or related field).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
in sales/marketing/business development.
Excellent English communication and persuasive presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Age:
Maximum 25 years.
Immediate joiner preferred.
