The Role:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who isn't stuck in 2015. You live and breathe SEO, but also understand the next-gen world of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and how tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Places fit into a smart, modern marketing strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive and execute SEO strategies across our multiple websites and blogs

• Implement best practices for AEO (LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity) and GEO (Generative AI content visibility)

• Manage Google My Business and Bing Places listings for better local visibility

• Plan and run targeted Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

• Track keyword performance, backlink health, page speed, schema, and rankings

• Monitor and optimize content for voice search, zero-click results, and SERP features

• Collaborate with writers, designers, and tech teams to push optimised content

• Regularly experiment with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Ubersuggest, and AHREF to stay ahead

• Provide weekly analytics reports with action-driven recommendations

Requirements
Who You Are:

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing & SEO

• Up-to-date with the 2024 - 2025 SEO & Google Core Updates

• Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, Bing Webmaster, SEMrush, or similar

• Knows how to speak to algorithms AND humans

• Can create strategies with both traditional SEO and modern AI-powered SEO in mind

• Basic knowledge of HTML, Schema, and PageSpeed insights

• You test, track, tweak, and repeat

Bonus Points If You:

• Understand student/education buyer personas

• Have worked in the EdTech or Study Abroad industry

• Have written or contributed to AI-ready content

• Can create dashboards or run automations for reporting & campaign optimization
