Job Description


  • Own overall strategy and execution of our digital marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads across multiple channels.
  • Manage all digital channels for lead acquisition and focus on SEO, SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, partnerships and events, direct mail, and referrals.
  • Partner with sales, product, and other marketing stakeholders to craft highly targeted lead gen campaigns to drive top-of-the-funnel leads.
  • Creatively develop and execute a multi-touch integrated demand generation strategy that targets, reaches, and converts the right prospects.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Analyze data to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that establishes a strong brand identity, differentiates Gathr from competitors, and resonates with our target audiences.
  • Leverage social media and PR channels to increase brand visibility, engage with the target audience, drive traffic to the website, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
  • Create, monitor and analyze social media and PR metrics to optimize marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
