Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Profit Sharing System) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in a Profit Sharing System. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing for our clients. This includes creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating email campaigns, and optimizing website content. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating reports to track campaign performance. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for clients, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing - Monitor and manage social media accounts for clients, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics - Create and manage email marketing campaigns for clients, including designing templates, writing copy, and analyzing metrics - Optimize website content for SEO and user experience, including creating landing pages, writing blog posts, and updating website copy - Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies - Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance - Analyze campaign performance data and create reports to communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies to improve campaign performance Requirements: - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns across multiple channels - Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization - Experience using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media management platforms - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform marketing strategies - Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Benefits: This position will be on a Profit Sharing System, meaning that compensation will be based on the success of the campaigns you manage.
