Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the business development and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across industries.
Identify market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Oversee proposal development, negotiations, and closing of high-value contracts.
Collaborate with marketing, campaign, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business development or sales management in digital marketing or IT sales.
Proven track record of selling Google Ads, paid media, and digital marketing solutions.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
