Key Responsibilities
? Create engaging content around relevant keywords and manage the content calendar.
? Handle off-page SEO and manage content marketing across multiple platforms.
? Publish blogs and articles regularly as per the content plan.
? Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and display channels.
? Run and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
? Track and analyze ad performance to ensure high ROI and effective use of budgets.
? Maintain key performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.
? Manage the company's social media presence and publish daily posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
? Build and manage profiles on platforms like Pinterest, Quora, and Medium to boost engagement and lead generation.
? Create marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, and brochures.
? Collaborate with the design team to ensure visuals align with content.
? Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
? Support SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.
? Maintain digital assets and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
? Research market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
? Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
? 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or a similar role (mandatory).
? Proven experience in running and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
? Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, Google tools, and email marketing software.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize for ROI.
? Tech-savvy and updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Salary
CTC: INR 6 - 8 lakhs per annum (6-8 LPA)
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (IST)
