Job Summary

We are hiring a

Digital Marketing Associate

to support our online marketing activities. The role includes managing social media, assisting with ad campaigns, creating content, tracking performance, and supporting WhatsApp API integration. Ideal for candidates who are creative, proactive, and eager to grow in digital marketing.

ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaigns

Assist in running Google Ads and Meta Ads. Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements. Support optimization for better reach and conversions.

Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and publish posts across social platforms. Develop ideas for posts, reels, and stories. Respond to comments and messages to maintain engagement.

Website & SEO

Perform basic keyword research. Update website pages, blogs, and landing content. Support basic on-page and off-page SEO tasks.

Content & Coordination

Write captions, ad copies, and short marketing content. Coordinate with designers and editors for creatives. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console & Meta Insights. Create weekly/monthly performance reports. Share insights to improve results.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Assist in email campaigns and WhatsApp communication. Manage contact lists and monitor engagement metrics.

WhatsApp API Integration

Help set up WhatsApp Business API flows and broadcasts. Create message templates and basic automation workflows. Track delivery, view, and response analytics. Coordinate with technical teams for smooth integration.

Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, or SEO. Strong communication and writing skills. Familiarity with Canva/design tools preferred. Interest or basic exposure to WhatsApp API (added advantage). Ability to multitask and collaborate with the team. Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
