Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Executive

who can design engaging visual content and support our digital marketing initiatives. The role involves

video editing, poster/creative design, and social media marketing

to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Design

Edit videos for

social media, YouTube, reels, ads, events, and promotions

Design posters, banners, flyers, thumbnails, and creatives for: Social media Websites Campaigns & events Print & digital platforms Maintain

brand consistency

across all designs and videos

Digital Marketing

Create and schedule content for platforms like

Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn

Support digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches Optimize content for

reach, engagement, and conversion

Track basic performance metrics (views, reach, engagement)

Content & Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, academic, or business teams to understand content needs Support event coverage (photos, short videos, highlights) Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, and creatives

Required Skills

Video Editing:

Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut

Design Tools:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

Understanding of

social media trends & formats

Basic knowledge of

digital marketing & branding

Creativity, attention to detail, and time management

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Motion graphics / After Effects Basic photography & videography SEO or social media analytics knowledge Experience with ad creatives (Meta / Google Ads)

Qualifications

Any degree/diploma (Design, Media, Marketing preferred) Strong
