Job Overview

We are looking for a

hands-on Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience

who can independently manage and execute

end-to-end digital marketing activities

. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership across channels and exposure to real growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle:

SEO:

On-page, off-page, basic technical SEO, keyword research, and reporting

PPC / Paid Ads:

Google Ads and Meta Ads (setup, monitoring, optimization)

Social Media Marketing:

Content planning, posting, engagement, and basic analytics

Content Creation & Marketing:

Blogs, captions, website content, and campaign copy

Email Marketing:

Campaigns, newsletters, and simple automation workflows

CRM Marketing:

Lead management, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and basic CRM automation Performance tracking, reporting, and optimization of campaigns Lead generation and conversion improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of hands-on experience

in digital marketing Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, and CRM marketing Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms (Zoho or similar) Basic understanding of funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking Good communication skills and ability to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment

Compensation

Probation Period (First 3 Months):

?20,000- ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Post-Probation:

?30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on performance)
