Digital Marketer - Roles & Responsibilities1. Google Ads Management
Plan, set up, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and creatives for maximum ROI.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.
2. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management
Create and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns (lead gen, traffic, sales, remarketing).
Develop creative ideas, ad copies, and audience strategies to improve engagement & conversions.
Monitor performance daily and optimize for lower cost per result.
3. Social Media Management
Plan monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand strategy.
Respond to comments, messages, and maintain strong community engagement.
Track social media insights and improve reach & engagement.
4. Revenue Growth & Strategy
Design marketing strategies to increase leads, website traffic, and online sales.
Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and customer behavior insights.
Implement remarketing, upselling, and funnel-building strategies to maximize revenue.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams for campaign execution.
Lead and mentor junior team members to improve productivity and creativity.
Work with management to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Encourage teamwork, brainstorming sessions, and continuous learning.
6. SEO & Website Optimization (Basic)
Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and good user experience.
Work with developers to improve page speed, layouts, and SEO best practices.
Track website performance using Google Analytics.
7. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, and KPIs.
Suggest data-driven improvements for better results.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to management.
8. Branding & Creative Thinking
Suggest innovative campaign ideas, creatives, and marketing angles.
Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and trends.
