Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven

Digital Marketing Associate

to support our digital marketing efforts. You will assist in executing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content). Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

2. Content & SEO

Optimize website/blog content for SEO (keyword research, on-page SEO, backlinking). Collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals/videos for campaigns. Write/edit marketing copy for ads, emails, and social media.

3. Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

4. Paid Advertising

Assist in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns. Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages.

5. Email Marketing

Design and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions) via Mailchimp/Klaviyo. Segment audiences and analyze open/click-through rates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

0-3 years of experience in digital marketing (internships count!). Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, and paid ads. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools. Strong writing skills for blogs/social media. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot). Graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro). Experience with WordPress or Shopify.
