We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Associate to support online marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement.

Job Summary:



The Digital Marketing Associate will lead digital initiatives to promote the hospital's services, enhance patient engagement, and strengthen the organization's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider. This role focuses on executing campaigns that educate patients, drive appointments, and support community health initiatives through digital channels, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Key Responsibilities:



Healthcare Campaign Management:



+ Develop and manage digital campaigns promoting hospital services (e.g., maternity care, emergency services, telehealth, specialty clinics).
+ Monitor paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize for patient acquisition and brand awareness.
+ Ensure all content adheres to HIPAA guidelines and hospital branding standards.

Patient-Centric Content Creation:



+ Create engaging, accurate content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites, including health education materials, patient testimonials, and service updates.
+ Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure medical accuracy in promotional materials.

SEO/SEM for Healthcare:



+ Conduct keyword research for medical services (e.g., "pediatric care near me," "orthopedic surgery").
+ Optimize website content and landing pages for local SEO to attract patients in the community.

Social Media & Community Engagement:



+ Manage hospital social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) with a focus on health tips, event promotions, and community outreach.
+ Monitor and respond to patient reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely, empathetic manner.

Email Marketing:



+ Design email campaigns targeting patients (e.g., preventive care reminders, new service launches, wellness programs).
+ Segment audiences based on demographics, medical interests, or appointment history.

Analytics & Reporting:



+ Track KPIs such as website traffic, appointment conversions, and engagement rates using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
+ Report on campaign ROI and recommend data-driven improvements.

Collaboration with Clinical & Administrative Teams:



+ Partner with physicians, patient advocates, and administrators to align campaigns with clinical priorities and community needs.
+ Support internal communications (e.g., employee newsletters, intranet updates).

Compliance & Industry Trends:



+ Stay updated on healthcare marketing regulations, digital trends, and patient privacy laws.
+ Research competitors and innovative healthcare marketing strategies.


Qualification Required

Bachelor's degree in relevant field 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Content Creation, and major social media platforms

Experience Required

0-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, including internships or clinical rotations.
