Develop and implement integrated digital strategies to achieve business goals.
? Create, curate, and manage engaging content across formats (written, visual, audio/podcast)
and platforms.
? Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
? Conduct search marketing efforts including keyword research, SEO (on-page & off-page),
and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media).
? Write compelling ad copy, design engaging creatives, and optimize campaigns for performance
? Analyze and track key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition
Cost (CAC), and Customer Retention Cost (CRC) to improve ROI.
? Design and manage visual content for social media, ads, landing pages, blogs, email
campaigns with emotion regulation and social bonding to make it look more appealing.
? Develop and expand community and influencer outreach to increase brand visibility.
? Create and manage a daily content calendar including posts such as reels, stories, images,
videos, ads, and written content.
? Create and manage an online review funnel; monitor and respond to reviews to build
reputation.
? Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and digital advocacy.
? Stay up to date with trends in tools, algorithms, platforms, and design to keep strategies fresh
and effective.
? Analyze campaign performance by using Cost per click, use data insights and translate
findings into strategy improvements.
