Join a USA-based CPG brand as a Digital Marketing Associate and support digital campaigns targeting the South Asian community in the USA. You'll manage multi-platform ad campaigns and collaborate with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage campaigns on Meta (FB/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Instacart, TikTok, and Spotify
Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance
Analyze results and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with creative and content teams
Requirements:
2-5 years in digital marketing (USA market experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)
Familiarity with retargeting and campaign funnels
Strong communication skills
Understanding of South Asian consumer behavior in the USA is a plus
Nice to Have:
Experience with email marketing, SEO/SEM, and programmatic ads
Knowledge of Mailchimp, Snapchat, Pinterest
Work Hours:
Must be available during overlapping hours with EST (USA timezone)
