Kaliber is a US-based agency has worked with several large brands in the apparel and beauty industry. We provide high-quality e-CRM services to our clients.

Kaliber is looking for a smart and ambitious marketer to join our energetic team. You will be working on our largest client account, a well-known beauty brand with a presence in over 60 countries. In this role you will hone your e-CRM skills (email marketing) as well as your analytical & technical skills. We are a lean team so you will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO. To ensure that you become successful in your role, you will be provided with extensive training & support.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the manager to service the accounts of assigned clients.

Assist with the development of new reports in Excel and Looker Studio.

Monitor the client's top competitors and provide weekly insights to the manager

Update the client's daily/ weekly/ monthly reports) in a timely manner.

Perform deep-dive data analyses on client's campaigns once they are completed.

Be familiar with North American email marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM and CCPA.

Stay updated on general email marketing trends and best practices such as proper image to text ratios, image sizing, font sizing, segmentation strategies, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau etc.)

Affinity for analyzing data and numbers.

Always interested in learning and self-improvement.

Extremely detail oriented and a team player with a positive attitude.

Windows PC (v10 or higher) with reliable electric and internet connections.

This role is remote and will require the candidate to work US Eastern Time Hours (approx. 6:30pm - 3:30am IST).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
