We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA (Marketing) students (pursuing or completed) who have an interest in digital marketing, content creation, and video editing, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across digital platforms Create engaging written content for social media posts, blogs, captions, ad copies, and websites Edit short-form and long-form marketing videos (reels, shorts, promotional videos, basic explainers) Design basic creatives and thumbnails using tools like Canva Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) under guidance Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports (reach, engagement, leads) Support email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fresher or MBA (Marketing) pursuing / completed Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals Content writing skills with good grammar and creativity Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts editing preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn new tools and marketing trends

Tools Knowledge (Any of These is a Plus)

Video Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot Content & Design: Canva, Google Docs Marketing & Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
