We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Associate

who can leverage

email marketing, AI tools, and automation platforms

to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and eager to use modern tools like

ChatGPT, Apollo.io, and Smartlead.io

to run successful outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Email Marketing & Lead Generation



Plan, create, and execute

B2B email marketing campaigns

targeted at CPA and accounting firms. Use

Smartlead.io and Apollo.io

for building email lists, campaign sequencing, and inbox management. Personalize outreach emails with

ChatGPT and AI-assisted writing

to improve open and reply rates. Monitor email metrics (deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates) and optimize campaigns for higher conversions. A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve campaign performance.

Content & Social Media Marketing



Generate AI-assisted content (email templates, LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies) tailored to accounting industry prospects. Manage LinkedIn company page and assist in running campaigns for brand visibility.

CRM & Automation



Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot). Set up

automated workflows

to nurture cold leads into warm prospects. Track prospect responses, follow-ups, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

AI & Productivity Tools



Actively use

ChatGPT and other AI-driven tools

for email writing, content generation, and prospect research. Explore new productivity tools to enhance lead generation efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting



Provide weekly reports on email campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline growth. Share insights and suggest improvements to increase ROI from campaigns.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1+ year of experience

in digital marketing, with a strong focus on

email marketing & lead generation

. Hands-on experience with

Apollo.io, Smartlead.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools

. Working knowledge of

ChatGPT and AI-based content generation

. Basic understanding of SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and B2B outreach. Excellent written English skills with the ability to personalize outreach emails.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)



Experience in B2B marketing for professional services (CPA, accounting, staffing, outsourcing). Knowledge of deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, domain warm-up). Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. Basic Canva/creative skills for email banners and social media posts.
