Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-focused Digital Marketing Associate to assist in executing and managing digital marketing initiatives from our Kochi office. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who have a solid foundation in digital marketing and strong English communication skills.

The position provides hands-on exposure to various digital platforms, tools, and campaigns, enabling you to contribute directly to brand awareness, online engagement, and business growth while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels Support content creation for social media posts, digital advertisements, and basic creatives Manage and update company social media pages and online promotional activities on a regular basis Perform basic SEO tasks and support paid campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple performance reports with insights Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities Maintain clear, professional communication with team members and external partners when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - mandatory Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing tools Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a hybrid work model
