We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Terrific Minds. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to learn, grow, and contribute to campaigns that drive measurable results. You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.
COMPETENCIESAds Management: Plan, execute, & optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Content Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creatives, copy, and campaigns. Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Email Marketing: Support campaign creation and execution on Mailchimp, including newsletters and automation flows. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key metrics and insights. Creativity & Communication: Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, write engaging copy, and ensure consistent brand voice. Market Research: Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to enhance campaigns. Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Experience with Canva, Figma or other design tools would be good to have. Enthusiasm for storytelling and community building online.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:0-1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing Basic working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms. Strong grasp of social media platforms. Good communication skills and a creative mindset with an eye for detail. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively. * Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
