Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies. Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

2. Content Creation & Management:

Create high-quality content for social media, websites, and email campaigns. Coordinate with designers and content writers to maintain brand consistency.

3. SEO, SEM & SMM:

Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and manage SEO/SEM campaigns. Run social media campaigns and maintain company presence on key platforms.

4. Social Media Management:

Handle all social media accounts, including posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing. Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and website tweaks.

Creative Skills

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to create attractive visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Analytical & Project Management Skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to KPIs and data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
