Role Overview

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can create impactful campaigns, write real estate content, and manage our online listings and presence across platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) Write content for blogs, project descriptions, and social media Create, update, and manage property listings online across portals Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Track KPIs like leads, traffic, CPL, ROI, and engagement metrics Work closely with design and sales teams to align messaging
Skills Required

SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Social Media Management Graphic Design Video Editing and Reel Creation Content writing (real estate-specific preferred) Creating and managing online property listings Strong communication and team collaboration
Key KPIs

Lead generation & cost per lead (CPL) Listing engagement & conversion Campaign ROI & website traffic Social media reach & engagement
