Digital Marketing Associate

Roles and Responsibility:

We are looking for a

results-driven Digital Marketing Associate

with strong experience in

SEO (On-Page & Off-Page), Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive traffic, generate high-quality leads, and improve brand visibility and ROI across digital platforms.

Key Skills:

Execute

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular SEO audits.

Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and landing pages.

Plan, execute, and manage

lead generation campaigns

across Google Ads, social media platforms, landing pages, and email marketing.

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve conversions and maximize ROI.

Manage and grow social media platforms; plan content calendars and execute organic and paid campaigns.

Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.

Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing

Strong working knowledge of

SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)

Hands-on experience in

lead generation and performance marketing

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, and keyword research tools

Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising

Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Digital Marketing / SEO / Google Ads

Experience working in an agency or performance-driven environment

CTC:

Depends on candidate skills & knowledge - As per industry standards
