Job Summary

We are looking for a young, self-motivated, resourceful Digital Marketing Associate with 3-4 years of experience in the Healthcare domain ( Fertility and IVF/Surrogacy) with the sole purpose of overall multiplateform - Digital Marketing Work.

Responsibilities and Duties

? Social Media Management - Content creation, scheduling, engagement, and growth strategies

? Website Management - Updates, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements

? Performance Marketing - Data-driven campaigns to maximize ROI

? Google Ads- PPC strategy, execution, and optimization

? Email Marketing - Campaign planning, automation, and lead nurturing

? Compelling Content Creation- Engaging copy, graphics, and videos that align with our brand

Ability to analyze and show the competitive keyword ranking on major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Would be responsible for achieving targets in terms of ranking and traffic through on-page and off-page activities. Must have excellent skills for posting on social media and maintaining the brand. Must be aware of all the latest techniques in the world of Internet Marketing and always stay up to date with latest AI technology Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns. Ongoing monitoring, management, and optimization of a portfolio of campaigns to meet key metrics. Providing campaign performance snapshots when requested by the Digital Account Manager, including progress tracking towards achieving strategic goals. To create, curate, and manage all published content, including images, blogs, video, and written materials.
Requirements needed to have:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a highly-demanding, fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to work under stress. Self Motivated /Disciplined Open minded for adoption with everchanging world of AI and Marketing
