Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optimize content for websites and social media platforms to increase traffic and brand awareness. Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Assist in the planning and execution of SEO/SEM strategies. Manage and grow the company's social media presence. Create engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, and landing pages. Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver visually appealing and effective campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
