Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.)
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Design performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI
Create and manage content calendars, email marketing campaigns, and newsletters
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies and website updates in coordination with content and tech teams
Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets (banners, videos, reels, etc.)
Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
Coordinate with agencies or freelancers when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and retargeting
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
Familiarity with content marketing and web tools (WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
Nice to Have:
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships
