Design and edit
images, reels, and short videos
for campaigns (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
Monitor and analyze campaign data using
Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Excel dashboards
.
Optimize ongoing campaigns to achieve
maximum leads at minimum cost
.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategy.
Maintain proper documentation of ad performance, budgets, and monthly marketing KPIs.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of
Digital Marketing

Meta Ads
, and
performance analytics
.
Hands-on experience in
Meta Ads Manager
, custom audience creation, and lead campaigns.
Advanced
Excel skills
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, Formulas).
Experience in the
Education / Ed-Tech industry
is
mandatory

Ability to create
ad creatives, thumbnails, and short videos
