who can own and execute our restaurant's online presence end-to-end. This includes managing our social media channels, planning and executing paid advertising campaigns, optimising marketing spend, and producing content that captures our unique brand essence. You will work closely with the founder and kitchen teams to amplify our visibility, drive footfall, and build community engagement both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
Own and manage daily content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor engagement and actively respond to comments, messages, and customer feedback.
Plan monthly content calendars in coordination with promotional events and campaigns.
Use analytics to track performance and optimise posting strategies.
2. Paid Ads & Budget Management
Set up, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
Manage ad budgets with a clear focus on ROI and customer acquisition.
Run A/B tests, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
3. Content Creation
Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos of food, events, staff stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.
Create engaging reels, stories, and visuals that align with our brand tone and visual identity.
Work with minimal resources to produce content in-house with creativity and speed.
4. Brand & Community Building
Support influencer partnerships and local collaborations.
Assist in organising digital-first activations such as giveaways, live sessions, and cross-promotions.
Ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms.
