Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with company goals.

Manage marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, and display networks.

Social Media Management

Oversee social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging content calendars, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics

Performance Marketing

Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for lead generation and brand awareness.

Track ROI and optimize ad performance for cost efficiency.

SEO & Website Management

Ensure website optimization for organic traffic growth.

Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates, landing pages, and e-commerce integration.

Analytics & Reporting

Measure and report digital performance against KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement, etc.).

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite for insights.

Email & SMS Campaigns

Manage CRM-based digital campaigns to retain and re-engage customers.

Create segmented lists and personalized messages.

Influencer & Brand Collaborations

Collaborate with influencers and partners to boost brand presence and campaigns.

Creative Coordination

Work with design and content teams for creatives, reels, videos, and ad copies.
