Assist in developing and curating engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), our website, and email newsletters.
Social Media Management:
Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor conversations, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Website Maintenance:
Update website content, including blog posts, event listings, and service information, using a content management system (CMS).
Email Marketing:
Support the creation and deployment of email campaigns to our donor and subscriber lists.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the execution of digital campaigns, including fundraising drives and awareness campaigns.
Research:
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for new strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (internship or entry-level) in a digital marketing role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing software, Google Analytics).
A passion for working with and serving the elderly community.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
