Email Marketing Support: Assisting with email campaigns, managing email lists, and tracking key metrics like open and click-through rates.
Campaign Support: Helping to implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines and social media.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics.
Market Research: Conducting research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the marketing team, such as updating databases and coordinating projects.
SEO/SEM Assistance: Supporting search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including keyword research and content optimization.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all digital marketing activities align with brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand image.
Skills & Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing or Journalism. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms.
Experience with or a strong interest in social media marketing.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and content management systems (CMS).
Strong computer skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
