What You'll Learn & Do
Product & Audience Research
Deep-dive into our DTC products to spot consumer hooks and angles
Creative Brainstorming
Draft ad copy, headlines, and storyboards alongside senior marketers
Campaign Support
Assist in setting up Meta (IG/FB) and Google Ads campaigns
Track basic metrics (impressions, CTR, CPA) and update dashboards
Asset Coordination
Liaise with designers/video editors to deliver ads on spec and on time
Process Documentation
Keep test calendars, briefs, and results neatly organised in Asana & Sheets
Must-Have Traits
Genuine curiosity about e-commerce, brands, and why ads convert
Fast learner; comfortable with AI, taking online courses, and asking questions
Analytical mindset - you like numbers as much as creativity
Clear written English; can summarise insights in a few crisp lines
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and a knack for organised work
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Any personal project showing initiative (blog, campus fest, side hustle)
Familiarity with Canva/Figma or simple video-editing tools
Exposure to Shopify
