Job Description

We're looking for a passionate, creative, and self-driven Digital Marketing & Podcast Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms. Assist in podcast ideation, recording, editing, and publishing (Spotify, YouTube, etc.). Create short-form content (reels, snippets, quotes) from podcasts and classes. Write catchy captions, SEO-friendly titles, and engaging post descriptions. Manage posting schedules and monitor content performance using analytics tools. Coordinate with the founder for upcoming podcast episodes, ideas, and brand collaborations.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media trends, reels, and content marketing. Basic skills in audio/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Audacity, etc.). Familiarity with SEO, YouTube optimization, and analytics. Excellent communication in English and Hindi. A creative mind with attention to detail and storytelling.
Preferred Background

Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or podcast production. Fresh graduates or interns with the right skills and creativity are also welcome.

Work Model

Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office (for podcast recordings, team discussions, shoots) and rest remote. Flexible timings with result-oriented work culture.
Salary / Stipend

Commensurate with experience and creativity. (Can mention: ₹15,000-?30,000/month or as per skills if you want me to include exact range.)
