Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media, running paid ads, creating content, and analyzing performance to ensure strong brand presence and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries/comments.
Track and report social media performance metrics.
2. Content Creation
Assist in writing blogs, website content, ad copies, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all content.
3. Digital Advertising & Campaigns
Set up and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation.
4. SEO & Website Management
Basic understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
Coordinate website updates, landing page creation, and performance monitoring.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
6. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to support marketing initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
