Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. Conduct market research to understand target audiences and identify marketing opportunities.

Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and online advertising. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, SEO). Manage social media presence, including content creation and engagement. Develop and implement email marketing strategies.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels. Develop and implement content marketing strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product, to align marketing efforts. Work with external agencies and vendors.

Staying Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Skills:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms). SEO and SEM knowledge. Basic understanding of web design and development. Experience with content management systems (CMS).

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends. Ability to track and measure campaign performance.

Ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Strong writing and communication skills.
