Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms.
Manage and grow brand presence on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and graphics.
Support in running and monitoring paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop effective marketing materials.
Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve visibility and reach.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Digital Marketing / Google / Meta Ads.
Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Prior experience in managing ad campaigns or brand pages.
