full-time, in-person Content & Growth Assistant

who wants to

learn digital marketing practically while working

.

This is a

paid apprenticeship role

designed for someone at the beginning of their digital journey.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Over time, you will gain real exposure to YouTube content creation, digital marketing systems, and online income models -- skills that can shape a long-term digital career.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Digital Support

Assist in posting content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Skool, Communi Extract key points from YouTube videos and help convert them into posts Support basic website and funnel updates (training provided) Help with captions, descriptions, and content organization
Video & Shoot Assistance

Assist during video shoots (camera handling, tripod, lights, mic setup) Record behind-the-scenes footage Support indoor and outdoor shoots Learn basic video editing over time
Lead Calling & Follow-ups

Call people who download free resources (scripts provided) Remind people about scheduled calls Follow up with warm leads Maintain simple call and lead records
Daily Operations Support

Assist in day-to-day digital work Organize files, documents, and basic research Be available on-site for required support
Salary & Growth Path

Initial salary:

?10,000 per month
