Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Make telemarketing calls to potential customers for product promotion and lead generation.
Maintain call records and customer database.
Welcome and assist walk-in visitors or clients.
Coordinate with internal departments for inquiries and follow-ups.
Handle daily front office operations (courier, calls, visitors, etc.).
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
Prepare and send basic follow-up emails or quotations as instructed.
Maintain a professional and positive company image at all times.
