Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in implementing online marketing strategies. The role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, SEO, email campaigns, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media channels. Support in optimizing website content for SEO and monitor web traffic analytics. Help with email marketing campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and tracking performance. Conduct market research to identify new digital trends and opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for the marketing team. Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery. Maintain and update the company's website and digital assets as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.). Strong communication and organizational skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
