The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the company's online marketing and branding activities. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating marketing content, running paid campaigns, monitoring analytics, and assisting in lead generation for civil and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
Manage and update company social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Create, post, and schedule engaging content related to ongoing and completed civil/infrastructure projects.
Support in SEO/SEM activities and Google Ads campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for marketing materials.
Assist in creating marketing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Handle email marketing and online promotional activities.
Monitor website performance and update project details regularly.
Help maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
Research industry trends and competitor digital presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid campaigns.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
Strong communication and content writing skills.
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools for basic graphic design.
Knowledge of civil or infrastructure sector marketing is an added advantage.
