We are looking for a proactive Digital & Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing activities, branding initiatives, and basic graphic design work. The role involves coordinating campaigns, creating simple creatives, managing brand consistency, and assisting with online and offline marketing efforts.
Coordinate posting of content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
Ensure posts follow approved content calendars and brand guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
Track post performance and prepare basic digital MIS reports
Graphic Design & Creative Support
Create and edit basic creatives for social media, emailers, banners, posters, and presentations
Maintain layout, typography, color consistency as per brand standards
Support design needs for brochures, flyers, standees, and event materials
Handle quick revisions and urgent creative requests
Marketing & Branding Support
Assist in branding campaigns and offline marketing activities
Ensure only compliance-approved content is used
Coordinate branding requirements for events, exhibitions, and promotions
Vendor & Agency Coordination
Coordinate with printers, designers, and digital agencies
Follow up on timelines, revisions, and final deliveries
Maintain vendor records and artwork approvals
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain creative asset library and marketing repository
Prepare weekly/monthly activity trackers and reports
Support marketing calendars and documentation
Tools & Software (Working Knowledge Required):
Canva (Pro)
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
MS PowerPoint / Google Slides
Basic knowledge of InDesign or Figma is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills
Basic graphic designing and digital marketing knowledge
Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to convert briefs into clean and professional creatives
Understanding of digital vs print design formats

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination and/or graphic design
Experience in finance or fintech branding is a plus
