Manage and grow the school's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Create content (photos, captions, blog posts) highlighting school life and IB programmes
Design and send the
monthly school newsletter
(via Mailchimp or similar platforms)
Update and maintain website content (e.g., WordPress or other CMS)
Support creation of printed materials (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
Assist in formatting and coordinating
student report cards
with academic staff
Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, communications, or administrative support
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and major social media platforms
Basic understanding of both
online and offline marketing strategies
Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
