We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Web Development Executive. This role is perfect for a creative, results-driven professional. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our and our end customers digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. And design, develop and maintain our and end customer's websites.

Responsibilities:

> Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for us and end customers.

> Design, build and maintain our and end customer social media presence.

> Design, build and maintain our and end customer websites.

> Use SEO techniques to increase website traffic and improve search engine ranking.

> Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals set by us and end customers.

> Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

> Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

> Collaborate with the end customer SPOCs for all their digital marketing and website related requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

> Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

> Minimum 2 years for experience.

> Proven working experience in digital marketing and web development.

> Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns and Web Development.

> Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

> Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

> Working knowledge of ad serving tools.> Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

> Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital / social media marketing and web development.

> Readiness to work from our and multiple end customer sites/offices within Pune.
