We are looking to hire a smart, curious, and motivated fresher as a Digital Marketing and SEO Trainee. This role is designed for someone who is comfortable with technology, interested in AI-driven marketing, and eager to build deep, hands-on expertise in digital demand generation, search optimization, and performance marketing.
This is a structured trainee role with clear expectations and learning outcomes. The focus is on building real skills and delivering measurable outcomes across SEO, content, campaigns, and analytics. Based on performance and business needs, the trainee may be absorbed into a full-time Digital Marketing Executive role.

TRAINEE PERIOD -

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and AI-driven tools
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across SEO, social media, websites, email marketing, and webinars
Interest in SEO including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization
Basic awareness of technical SEO concepts such as page speed, indexing, mobile optimization, and internal linking
Willingness to learn and use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
Comfort using AI tools for content ideation, SEO optimization, performance analysis, and reporting
Ability to work with data and derive basic insights from performance metrics
Interest in B2B marketing and technology or healthcare sectors is an added advantage.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Sales and Product teams to understand Remidio's products, customer needs, and marketing priorities
Support development of digital content including blogs, landing pages, social media content, emailers, and campaign assets with a strong SEO focus
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve organic search visibility and website traffic
Use AI tools to support content creation, SEO optimisation, campaign analysis, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
Support planning and execution of digital campaigns linked to lead generation
Analyse user behaviour across the customer acquisition funnel and identify areas of drop-off
Track and report digital performance metrics including traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement
Support social media execution and analysis
Assist in capturing customer feedback and insights and sharing learnings with internal teams
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal review.
