The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, strong teaching ability, and real campaign exposure. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom / online training sessions Teach Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking with live tools and projects Prepare students for placements, internships, and freelancing Design assignments, case studies, and practical tasks Guide students on real-time marketing campaigns Stay updated with latest industry trends and tools Training Modules SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Content & Copywriting Email Marketing & Automation Performance Marketing Growth Hacking Funnels & CRO Analytics (GA4, Meta Business Suite) AI tools for Digital Marketing Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / IT (preferred) 2+ years of practical experience in Digital Marketing Training or mentoring experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Skills Required Hands-on campaign experience Analytical and growth mindset Student-friendly teaching approach Ability to explain concepts practically Knowledge of current marketing tools Preferred (Good to Have) Agency or Startup experience Google / Meta / HubSpot certifications Freelancing or consulting background Experience with LMS or online teaching Salary & Benefits Salary: As per experience (Fixed / Per Session / Hourly) Performance-based incentives Flexible working options Growth opportunity to Senior Trainer / Program Head Personal brand building & industry exposure
