We are looking for a

creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Executive

to join a fast-growing consumer brand transitioning into a modern D2C business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership and take ownership of brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives.

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic & paid). Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business, and Google Ads. Drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness through performance marketing. Build and execute monthly content calendars and digital campaigns. Coordinate with designers/content creators for creatives and post scheduling. Plan and manage influencer collaborations, gifting, and online brand partnerships. Handle email marketing, WhatsApp automation, and brand communication. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and share weekly reports. Support brand positioning, offline campaigns, and new product launches.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content strategy. Experience in campaign execution and performance tracking. Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand storytelling and visuals. Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Kannada preferred). Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a plus.
