Key Responsibilities
Strategize and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for client acquisition.
Lead data research and prospect building from online portals.
Drive client acquisition via digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, targeted campaigns).
Analyze marketing performance and prepare MIS dashboards.
Train and guide junior executives in data handling and digital marketing.
Innovate with AI tools for marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and client acquisition.
Strong track record of lead generation and client acquisition through digital platforms.
Proficient in LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable adopting AI/automation tools for business growth.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end marketing and business development independently.
